No, TCL Nordic support will not be able to provide any support to customers from any non Nordic (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Greenland & Iceland) country, or for any products not sold by retailers in the Nordics.
Since we are only managing products ranged by the Nordic retailers we do not have access to software for any other models. TV models and what kind of software they are using can be different in various countries and/or regions, therefore we cannot provide product support for models not being sold in the Nordic region.
